the weekend - coffee nations

coffee. my all-time fav.

this places offer a wide range of coffee. brings you tastes of the Europe, Asia and USA.

i had a hmm.. sth sth milkshake (USA) - it has the sourish bitterish taste reminds me alot of the coffee i used to have in japan. 酸っぱいコーヒー (sour coffee). the japanese like it alot, n my take is you have to drink it really bitter. the more sugar u add, the more distinct the sour taste is, then it will be very awful.

other coffees that they had was, chocobanana frappe - too kiddish for me. sweet and where's the coffee in it!?? chye had the vietnamese coffee - really nice, worth recommending. and tea, let ju do the talking. she's the tea expert among us.

we had so much fun there, playing scrabble. n learning about abc. chye ended off with the infamous "raggy" which ju searched her dictionary and found out it means some grass thingy? (right, ju? i saw ya facebook pics!)

also, not forgetting we had a really cosy area to ourselves and that was really very nice. will return for more coffee. ok, girls? (: but we have to go earlier cos the place closes at 1am sharp.

and if you wondering about the food.. ly had a carbonara it was not bad according to him. chye had sausages and i loved it! we then ordered a basket of calamaris - they were YUMS.

alrighty here's the pics.

and ju was the winner of the ultimate scrabble challenge!
