was watching Rain Man on cable like a couple of mins ago
(free preview of all channels by Starhub for chu1 and 2)
then they just cut it off like that! #^$%^#$^^&%##$%$#^
they stated la. preview will end 12am today.
but they aired it so i continued watching lo.
then cut if off at like 110am!
i'm 10 mins away fr ending. arrrghh ):

heard abt this show but never get a chance to watch it.
argggh. n now i missed the ending! ):

i'm gonna rent the movie to watch!!!

summer of love faye wong

had an impromptu k-ing session last week and one of them sang this song.
din know it was sung by faye wong. i really like the song!
oh! and i saw faye's performance on the china cny show - 春晚. she's still as good!
i wonder if she's gonna release a new album. anyone knows?
and i saw 小虎队's performance! haha.
it was funny and nostalgic at the same time. haha.

hyesun in singapore!

yes. she only informed me on wednesday night that her arrival was friday 0050 flight. erm. super last min and i've to work on friday! how to show her around! and guess what? her departure is saturday 0500. only ONE day in singapore! aiyooos. and she's not even transiting. flew all the way to singapore for 1 day just to meet all her sg friends. *touched. she couldn't stay longer cos she has to fky back to korea on sunday and she just want to maximise her off days. silly girl. HUGS. thanks for making the trip down! tho it was short, i had fun! hope you had fun too! and got to see and experience the best of Singapore in 1 day! too bad i don't have a camera so i din take any pics! waiting to see hyesun's upload on FB! (:

new shoes

new shoes for the cny? nope. i wore an old pair of heels out and it gave way when i was at work! %^@$%^#$%&#$^&.
lesson learnt. buy and wear your shoes. don't keep and keep and keep.

i was supposed to join hyesun after work. so i had no choice but to buy a pair of shoes. tsk. otherwise i would have wore my 300yen office slippers home. i swore not to buy any shoes till the US trip cos i'm so ready to stock up on nine west and aldo. ):

take it as my new year shoes then! i really like the details at the heels there.
but it kinda resembled the Schu shoes that I bought a few months back..

CNY is here?

was nagged to do spring cleaning. argh. managed to throw away 3 big bags of old clothings (really old) and some of the bags. tidied the shoe racks for once but i'm sure it'll get messed up by tmr morning as I choose what to wear to work.. my study room is still very messy. i can't decide what i want to do with my old blogshop stuff. i shld lelong and sell them all. too tired to continue blogshop or go to fleas. need to pack my old smu notes and textbooks. also my art and craft materials. photos and photo albums. traveling notes, ticket stubs and itineraries. aiyo. the extra room is turning into my huge store room!

anyone wants to volunteer help? dar! you la. go off at the wrong time. u should be here to help me clear the stuff! it doesn't help when u throw all our trips' memorabilia to me!

(very bad) flu

i got my hours all wrong. stupid flu. i was unable to sleep properly for the past few days and finally my body gave up. went on MC on fri and slept the whole day. woke up at 3pm, 8pm and now 1am(sat?)

hope i'll be able to catch more sleep later to wake up in the afternoon to talk to the faraway dear. reunion dinner at hougang later!

as i can never finish arranging my exchange photos, i shall try to do a weekly update of the nice pics i took over the 4.5 mths. enjoy!

it was the 3-5-7 festival. shall talk on that on some other days. yup. i was with qi (: she was visiting tokyo and she stayed with me. hey qi, you remember the small girls? the below is my fav. the expression on her face is so innocent. totally like an angel's. she was shy and hugged on to big daddy's leg but yet she still posed for the photo. lurves.

my extended hours on sat

it was a crazy sat day out with the Js. we were all dragged out of bed at 9am (con n i had mahjong till 3am yawns). headed to changi v for breakfast! then off to ubin for some cycling adventure! it was freaking hot. really really hot. (it was snowing over at ly's) we cycled to (i can't rem the name) for the mangrove area then walked up the tower, cycled for another hour or so, headed back to the jetty to meet up with jh. rested abit then continued our cycling. went to the obs area, we took a wrong turn and ended up back at where we started. aiyo. we finally surrendered at 5ish pm. totally exhausted and burnt. sat down for ubin seafood. so-so but it was quite cheap.

u think that's the end? haha. no no. we went back to sunny island, went home and changed, headed to downtown for movies+bowling+arcade. haha. 24yo acting like we are still very young and energetic. bowling: same old rules, losers will treat popcorn+drink for the later movie and thanks jh n chye for the treat! hee. arcade: the new bishi bashi! $2 per game but can play really long! 'm sure if dar is here he'd have played till like stage 20 or sth! haha. movie: we watched the imaguinary of doctor panassus (did i spell wrongly?) it was good! i liked the show! i liked the colours, the reality amidst the fantasy and the actors haha. go catch it! but i don't recommend watching it after a full day of cycling + bowling + muscle aches + sun burnt.

alrighty! dar, if you are thinking i'm having so much fun while you are away in the states. YOU ARE WRONG. i miss you. all the while. (:
